Private Sick Note Request

We aim to review and respond between 2-4 hours on working days.
A UK registered doctor will review your request.
If approved, you will receive payment details for £50.
Your signed PDF Sick note should follow within 4 hours of payment confirmation.

Initial sick notes are limited to 2 weeks, especially for back pain. Extensions only offered if evidence of seeking treatment from a doctor or Physiotherapist is provided.
